We’ve done it again!
In 2020, our director, Chris Farr, was accredited as a thought-leader within the data industry. However, we always believe in continued excellence. It is our greatest pleasure to announce that for the second year in a row, we have achieved accreditation as Master Practitioners in Data Analytics from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.
The Business All-Star Accreditation is an independently verified standard mark for businesses overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation. The accreditation aims to shine the spotlight on progressive, indigenous Irish businesses that meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust, and customer-centricity. The meticulous procedure also helps small to medium-sized enterprises that do not have the set metrics to measure their processes and standards and assess the success of their growth strategies.

The process was adjudicated by a panel chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Keran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.
Much like the previous year, on our journey to being part of the All-Stars, our team spent the past eight weeks working with the All-Ireland Business Foundation through a rigorous process that included vetting Sontai Data Solutions’ trustworthiness, performance, and most importantly, our relationship with our customers.
“We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics” - Dr Briga Hynes.
Receiving another feather in our cap is a true reflection of our ethos. It solidifies our commitment to building an all-star organisation that consistently provides our clients and suppliers with the first-class service they deserve.
